Today we took sample PDFS of government and organizational websites to verify their emergency status. Based on the results and the fact that many central governments have collapsed into digital dictatorships, we continue to advise citizens around the world the news and information are in a state emergency.

United Nations news and information are in a state of emergency. The Holy See news and information for the Catholic Church are in a state of emergency. Matters of central government for each nation are handled by administrations and workers many of which have no control over the news. CCBM continues to be our primary regulation body.
